The following Conditions govern your use of the Client Connect system provided by Davy Laboratories. Your use of this system will constitute your agreement, on behalf of yourself and the entity you represent to all of the following Conditions. There may be additional Conditions provided throughout the system governing your use of particular functions, features, information and applications.
Upon registration, you will receive a Login ID (your email address) and Password (as designated by you). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Password and Login ID, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under Your Password and Login ID. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of Your Login ID and Password. In addition you must ensure that you exit your session at the end of each visit.
Changes to the System
The system and its content may be changed, deleted or updated without notice by Davy and its agents.
Termination of Usage
Davy may discontinue, suspend or modify the System at any time without notice. Davy may block, terminate or suspend your access to the System at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
